Terms of Service
This draft describes the rules for the HEDVARA website, public registration and simulated environment. Operator identity and final commercial terms will be published before payments are enabled.
1. Service scope
HEDVARA currently provides educational material and an illustrative interface for probabilistic SPX market-structure analytics. It does not execute trades, manage portfolios, custody assets or connect to a brokerage account.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Registered users must be adults with legal capacity in their jurisdiction. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for accurate information, credential security and prompt notice of unauthorized access.
3. License
HEDVARA grants a limited, personal, revocable and non-exclusive right to access the service under the active plan. No ownership in software, models, interface designs, databases or protected outputs transfers to the user.
4. Prohibited use
You may not resell the service, share accounts, redistribute restricted market data, scrape or automate extraction, evade limits, reverse engineer, conduct unauthorized security testing, introduce malware, disrupt the service or use protected outputs to build a competing product.
5. Market data and third parties
Market data may be governed by a separate vendor license and may be delayed, aggregated, corrected or temporarily unavailable. Redistribution is allowed only where the selected plan and source agreements permit it.
6. Probabilistic analytics
Indicators do not establish actual dealer positions or guarantee price movement. Results are sensitive to latency, Greek assumptions, open-interest timing, volatility, liquidity and market events. Read the Financial Disclaimer before making any decision.
7. Availability and changes
Models, features and limits may change. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, compliance or system protection. We will provide notice of material changes where feasible and legally required.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for suspected abuse, rights violations, payment failure, security risk or legal obligation. Users may cancel under the subscription policy once billing is enabled.
9. Warranty and liability
The service is provided, to the extent legally permitted, on an availability basis without investment-result, absolute-accuracy or uninterrupted-feed guarantees. Non-excludable statutory liabilities remain. Final caps and governing law will be added only after operator formation and legal review.
10. Intellectual property and contact
HEDVARA software, models, content and marks remain with their rights holders. Voluntary feedback may be used to improve the product without exposing the contributor's identity. Official operator and support details will be published before paid launch.
