Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy
HEDVARA does not accept payments today. This page sets out the proposed operating framework; prices, seller identity and final refund terms will be fixed before the first purchase.
1. Early access
The current demo is free and illustrative. Joining early access, once available, will not create a paid subscription or guarantee admission or a specific price.
2. Plans and billing
Monthly and annual billing are planned. Total amount, currency, taxes and feature scope will appear before confirmation. An annual discount is not guaranteed before market-data licensing cost is validated.
3. Automatic renewal
If a recurring plan is selected, it renews as shown at checkout. Users will have a clear way to stop renewal and normally retain access through the paid period unless immediate cancellation is requested or law requires otherwise.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation will be available in account settings or through the official support channel. It must be completed before renewal to avoid the next cycle. A durable confirmation will state the access end date.
5. Refunds
Final terms will define the refund window and handling of duplicate charges, material outage and statutory rights. An unfavorable trading result does not make the service defective and is not an independent refund ground. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Price or feature changes
Changes affecting future renewals will be announced before they take effect as required. Market-data license changes may affect features; material effects and cancellation options will be disclosed before the next charge where applicable.
7. Payment provider
Checkout and invoices will name the payment provider or Merchant of Record. Its processing and tax procedures may apply without displacing mandatory user rights.
